Michaela teaches a friendly, gentle yoga class perfect for beginners and bodies of all shapes and sizes. All levels of fitness or no level of fitness are most welcome.
You will be guided, encouraged and supported in listening to & respecting your body.
You will experience physical practices to nourish and nurture the body & mind including simple breathing, meditation & relaxation practices.
